Summary: Support front and back office and assist with managerial support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists front office as needed with the following:
- Scheduling patients
- Check in/check out
- Answer phones
Assists back office as needed with the following
- Rooming patients
- Taking vitals & history
- Performing treadmill stress tests
- Covers for Primary Medical Assistant as needed
Safeguard the privacy of patient health information
Assists in training and mentors new employees
Assist office manager with daily office operations and staff supervision
Other related duties may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have at least one-year medical office experience
Must have completed a Medical Assistant training program
Job Type: Full-time
