In office - potentially hybrid after 6 months training period Brook Whittle is a fast growing label manufacturing company looking for innovative, dynamic people to join our hard-working dedicated team of professionals. The Customer Service Representative attracts and retains customers by answering product and service questions; providing information about products and services; guiding customers through the custom label selection and order process, identifying the source of customer concerns, and addressing customer concerns to ensure customer loyalty.
CSR workflow: - Customer point of contact.
- After a quote is completed, it is released to the CSR.
- The CSR contacts the prospect / customer with the quote and handles all direct communications with the prospect/ customer.
- CSR enters all orders in the system and facilitates the live order.
- CSR requests/ receives artwork from the customer and pushes the artwork to prepress.
- Prepress creates art specs and sends to CSR for distribution to customer/ prospect.
- CSR pursues approval, creates the job jacket, and pushes to production.
CSR Requirements - Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via email, phone, and other communication channels (possibly live chat in the future).
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy, patience, and attentiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers about our products/services, features, and benefits to enhance their overall experience.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products/services, pricing, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, management, sales, marketing, and technical support, etc., to address customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track inquiries, and maintain customer records accurately.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, systems, and service delivery to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
