I am currently assisting a large insurance provider in hiring 100 Customer Service Representatives !! This is a great opportunity to develop customer service skills and enhance your abilities as a call center representative while having remote flexibility.

Roles do provide equipment and offer long term stability.

Position : Customer Service Representative

Location : 100% REMOTE

Pay : $

Duration : Long term, open-ended contract

Estimated Start Date : Multiple start dates June 2024 - October 2024

Schedule : Must be available for any shift Mon - Sat 8am - 8pm EST. No time off will be permitted in first 3 weeks of training.

Job Description :

• Will support various Medicaid members throughout various states
• Walks consumers through how to create accounts
• Assist members in resetting passwords
• Uploads documents while answering calls from customers
• Describes benefits and coverages to customers
• Assist members with the enrollment process and enrolling in their benefits

Qualifications :

• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• 1 year of call center (preferred)
• Must be able to troubleshoot issues they face with equipment while working from home.
