Piedmont Virginia Community College (PVCC) is a nonresidential two-year institution of higher education that serves Central Virginia – principally residents of the City of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson. Our scenic campus is located in Albemarle County, Virginia. We are one of 23 community colleges in Virginia that comprise the Virginia Community College System (VCCS).
The Workforce Services division at Piedmont Virginia Community College is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial team member to provide leadership primarily for skilled trades, welding and related courses and programs which may include a combination of workforce credential programs, employer training, online courses and/or lifelong learning. This position works collaboratively with the division leadership and operations teams, as well as college and community partners, to develop and deliver high-quality programs offered within Workforce Services.
Hours: Full Time
This is an exempt position with the expectation of a flexible work schedule to meet program and division needs. Work is primarily during weekdays; position requires some evening and weekend hours, and ability to resolve issues as needed. This is not a remote position.
