Prescient Edge is seeking a TASK 5 JCS J2- Program Manager SME. to support a Federal Government client.

Description:

• Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/ mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities. Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
• Identifies a Program Manager (PM) by name who shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this TO.
• Provides Program Management/Supervision and Direction to ensure the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
• Uses Government-furnished system to receive, log, assign, track, and monitor tasks assigned to the Center, Office, or Task Force.
• Ensures tasks are received, logged, and assigned to the appropriate sections/personnel for completion.
• Monitors task progress and ensure tasks will be completed on time and, if necessary, coordinate with the requester for additional time or clarity.
• Closes out completed tasks in the designated database or system and ensure the customer receives the requested production.
• Ensures the quality and efficiency of the TO to include both technical issues and business processes.
• Possesses organizational authority to execute the requirements of the TO.
• Remains an employee of the Prime contractor at proposal submission.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education:

• Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Security Clearance:

• Security clearance required TS/SCI with the ability to obtain CI POLY.

Work Location:

• JBAB, Reston, VA., and Charlottesville, VA.
