**Position: Experienced Plaintiff's Labor Law Attorney (Remote)**
**Job Overview:**

Minimum of 5 years Labor Law experience required.
High Base salary (100-160k) DOE, plus percentage on all settled or case successfully taken to verdict. Most of the cases are high value.
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious plaintiff’s Labor Law Attorney with significant experience in litigating cases from inception through resolution.
This position is 100% remote, except for required in person court appearances and other limited required non-remote engagements, which are not anticipated to exceed 5-10% of the role.
This job offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, ensuring a quality work-life balance. You will be given a full time experienced paralegal to assist you .
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and work up a caseload of Labor Law §240(1) and §241(6) cases already in suit with significant injuries, from initial assessment to trial or settlement.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients effectively in court.
- Collaborate remotely with our team to ensure comprehensive case development and execution.
**Requirements:**
- Extensive experience in Labor Law, particularly with handling §240(1) and §241(6) cases from A to Z.
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- Licensed to practice law in NYS.
**Compensation:**
- Competitive salary (100k-160k base DOE) plus a percentage of each settlement or verdict.
