Chautauqua County Government, located in Chautauqua County, NY is seeking attorneys with at least one (1) year of experience for various available openings within the offices of the County Attorney, District Attorney, Public Defender and Social Services.
Office assignment (contract/employment law, prosecution, defense, family court) will depend on hands- on work experience, years of experience, as well as the candidate’s area of expertise and interest.
Typical duties and responsibilities are dependent on Office assignment and can be discussed during interviews.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Eligibility for admission to practice as an Attorney and Counselor at law before the courts of the State of New York at the time of application; admission to the Bar of the State of New York at the time of appointment.
