We are a personal injury litigation firm, handling construction accidents, trip and falls, car accidents, as well as police brutality cases/wrongful incarceration and wrongful termination/employment cases. We help people when they are facing serious injuries and unable to work. We are looking for a dedicated professional to help us further these objectives.

We are hiring a bi-lingual paralegal for our Passaic office. You must speak and write both English and Spanish fluently.

This professional will be responsible for client communications, scheduling and case management; producing, organizing and maintaining litigation documents and evidentiary materials; drafting of simple motions in consultation with attorneys; conducting research and retrieving documents and other evidentiary materials; and assisting in drafting documents and preparing for depositions and trials.

Experience Required

1-2 years of personal injury experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; paralegal certificate from an accredited paralegal program preferred. Candidate must demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments, ability to build collaborative relationships with other functional areas within the Firm to meet deadlines and solve issues, professionalism, and ability to anticipate and act as a member of the team by assisting when and where needed. Must enjoy learning new tasks and undertaking new challenges.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year depending upon experience
