Job description
Seeking an attorney to work in our Medical Malpractice Department.
Attorney will be responsible for the following tasks:
Screening potential cases, signing up cases, obtaining relevant medical records, reviewing medical records, identifying who to sue, all pleadings, plaintiff depositions, defendant doctor/nurse depositions, expert witness disclosure, trial preparation and resolving cases in a timely manner.
Experience is always a plus but not mandatory. Attorney will be assigned a paralegal to work with on a caseload of medical malpractice cases.
The medical malpractice department meets on a consistent basis to ensure compliance with all firm protocols and the proper prosecution of medical malpractice cases.
