Stagg Wabnik Law Group LLP is Hiring a Litigation Attorney Near Garden, NY

The Garden City law firm of Stagg Wabnik Law Group is seeking a full-time litigation attorney with excellent research and writing skills. We prefer some deposition experience, but it is not required to apply. Admission in New York state and federal court is required; admission in either New Jersey or Connecticut is a plus.

The position involves representing clients in a variety of federal and state matters, mostly in commercial litigation defense-type cases.   • Handle assigned litigation cases from inception through trial
  • Manage all aspects of commercial litigation (and pre-litigation disputes), including analysis of disputes, litigation strategy, preparation and review of pleadings, discovery and motions
  • Legal research and writing
  • Provide client reports on pre-litigation and litigation matters
  • Review litigation and legal documents
  • Attend depositions and other litigation-related work
  • Work closely with in-house counsel to develop and implement strategy on matters
