As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and communicating new leads and relationships while educting and nurturing interested parties. One of your main objectives will be to cultivate and educate "Raving Fans!" that will spread the word about Phoenix Haus.

  • Pay: $18.00 to $25.00 based on experience,
  • Raises based on performance and/or commission incentives

Responsibilities include:

  • Energetic and passionate when working with people - setting appointments, communicating;
  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline;
  • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling;
  • Accurately qualify potential customers via questions, queues and meaningful conversations;
  • Understand the Phoenix Haus product 100% and explain the system with ease;
  • Be the expert in our sales process, our customer onboarding process and our customer experience process;
  • Provide technical answers or resources on our products and services and serve as the “go to" on-site expert
  • Stay informed regarding technical knowledge, market trends, company information, and best-in-class sales techniques
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience min. 3-5 years;
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Must have relevant experience in construction OR manufacturing sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate sales experience in the construction industry or related manufacturing environment
  • Self motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
  • Excellent judgment, detail oriented, solid decision making skills
  • Able to think on your feet, and juggle multiple tasks at one time
  • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
