Phoenix Haus is Hiring a Project Associate Near Grand Junction, CO

How good are you at keeping projects on track? How good are you at following up with small details? How good are you at answering a series of repetitive questions on a job posting without getting mad? Still here? Great!

Phoenix Haus might be the place for you! We want a project associate who can sell our mission of building communities through sustainable housing that is brilliantly designed, and focused on springing everyone’s potential energy into kinetic energy. In other words, a healthy, fun, empowering place to live. Also, it is going to look pretty slick.

How do we accomplish this goal?

Phoenix Haus is a 'values-based' company - that means our organization is a living, breathing culture of shared core values, among all employees. That includes our owners, our production team and our office team. We do NOT rely on traditional practices that tend to be more machine-like, with rigid structures and alot of micro-managing.

We look for teammates that also agree with and exhibit the following values in their workplace:

  • Commitment
  • Innovation
  • Adaptability
  • Integrity
  • Caring
  • Precision
  • Responsbility

These values allow us to have a rock solid foundation of which to grow from - and we are growing! And we need good, solid people to join our cause. Phoenix Haus is at the forefront of innovation when it comes to off-site, Passive House prefabricated structures. We (no joke) create the world's healthiest living spaces, that foster human connection, provide peaceful refuge and foster balanced and healthy lifestyles. People from all over the country, look to us, as the ones that will lead them into this new frontier of offsite fabrication.

Are you a problem solver? Are you a critical thinker? Can you adapt well to changing circumstances? Are you committed enough to put in that extra effort, when the team needs it? Will you take feedback and constantly search for the 'better way', so that the entire organization can grow?

As a Project Associate, you will be responsible for helping to manage and make sure that projects don't get 'stuck', as well as educating and teaching professionals and new relationships that look to work with us, about Phoenix Haus. One of your main objectives will be to keep things rollin' and making sure that projects don't sit and wait. In other words, who has ever herded cats before?

If you are an outgoing people person who also has the focus and drive to communicate the mission of something truly new and exciting without making it seem “sales-y”, well, you’re awesome and we want to talk to you!
