Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is the country’s premier pet food and pet supply distributor, and as a Customer Care Representative, you will act as customer Care liaison to our customers/clients: pet stores, feed & farm stores, groomers, veterinarians, and humane organizations from coast to coast!Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (onsite) Pay: $18.00/hour This is a HUGE foot in the door with Phillips Pet Your responsibilities:Provides courteous, efficient customer interface via telephone for processing of orders and as a point of contact for any of Phillips customers’ concernsPerform heavy, accurate order entry into the AS400 systemAssist customers with special orders, communicating with appropriate departments as neededIssue Return Goods Authorizations according to established Phillips Feed policies and proceduresMaintains current knowledge of existing and new productsParticipates in a safety culture that includes no recordable accidents and no loss of time injuries. Always make a safe choice. Watches out for co-workers and warns them when there are any safety issues or hazards.
