Glick’s Exteriors is an Amish-owned company founded on values of hard work, honesty, and positivity. We’re looking to recruit and train a Customer Care Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and conscientious, with a responsible, team-player’s mindset. We’re looking for someone that loves providing a warm, engaging client experience, is comfortable spending large amounts of time on the phone, and has some degree of organizational/administrative ability.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be trained in how to book consultancy appointments with our clients. You will be a part of a small team that is responsible for managing the company’s booking calendar, taking incoming calls, and responding via phone, email, and text to client inquiries. (There will also occasionally be office duties as assigned, including filing, making copies, etc.)
