Glick's Exteriors is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Gap, PA

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and conscientious, with a responsible, team-player’s mindset. We’re looking for someone that loves providing a warm, engaging client experience, is comfortable spending large amounts of time on the phone, and has some degree of organizational/administrative ability.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be trained in how to book consultancy appointments with our clients. You will be a part of a small team that is responsible for managing the company’s booking calendar, taking incoming calls, and responding via phone, email, and text to client inquiries. (There will also occasionally be office duties as assigned, including filing, making copies, etc.)

Primary job responsibilities include:

  • Booking appointments for clients via inbound calls, and responding to email and text inquiries
  • Confirming appointments and rescheduling as necessary
  • Making outgoing calls to leads (NOTE: these will never be cold calls; they will always be in response to specific client requests. We do NOT do cold calling or make unsolicited calls.)
  • Coordinating warranty request support with the Production department
  • Working with data and building client files in our CRM to support all of the above

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in writing
  • Ability - or willingness to learn! - to manage an appointment book/calendar
  • Strong organizational skills; this job sometimes requires the ability to juggle multiple bookings at a time

While this position will start as part time, we are wanting it to grow into a full time part of our team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 15 per week
