Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a dental reception, possess strong organizational skills, and provide exceptional customer service. Eaglesoft experience is a plus.
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality
- Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Practice Works or similar operating systems.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up appointments
Skills:
- Proficiency in dental terminology and administrative support
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is preferred
- Familiarity with software systems like Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Practice Works or similar operating systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, such as urgent care settings
