Our friendly dental practice, Elegance in Dentistry, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our support team as we continue to provide exceptional patient care. If you have dental front desk experience and are looking to join a team that strives to create a good experience for its patients, we'd love to talk to you.
Schedule: We are open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
As a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, your role includes scheduling, collecting payments at the date of service, checking insurance eligibility, answering questions, and treatment planning. As an extension of the Office Manager, you are a key participant in creating an all-inclusive, patient-focused collaborative culture within our practice.
