City Dental Arts is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Philadelphia, PA

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our fast-growing dental practice as Front Office Team Member -- Business Assistant.

Our office is looking for a positive, energetic, and self-motivated individual to help assist the doctors and staff with serving the community and surrounding communities with the highest quality and standards of patient care and comfort.

The job duties include greeting patients, answer telephones, gather information from patients upon patients' arrival by having them fill out forms, conduct patient insurance verifications, schedule and confirm appointments, receive patient payments, record them in the patient management software, and provide receipts to patients, Treatment plan presentation, financial arrangements, dental insurance billing, managing the schedule for efficiency, coordinating patient treatment, and running all the day to day operations of the front office.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, good with numbers, and has strong phone and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is friendly and works well with a small group.

Experience

  • 1-2 years Dental front office experience.
  • Dental billing experience prefered.
