We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who will provide support to the global HR team and associates, with the primary focus being North America. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of core HR processes. This role requires someone with excellent HR agility to administer complex leaves management and master data management skills with a process improvement attitude. The role is physically located in our corporate office in Torrance, California. The HR Coordinator will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources.

What we’ll get you doing:

  • Responsible for the coordination and delivery of new hire onboarding along with all associated business processes. Create and maintain all employee personnel files including both electronic and hard copies.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding general Human Resources matters and monitors the Human Resources email inbox to coordinate appropriate responses.
  • Enter information, run reports, and monitor business processes within the HRIS (Workday). Assist with special Human Resources projects and programs as required.

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • High School Diploma. AA degree, Business or related field is preferred. 1-3 years Human Resources experience with working knowledge of leave management, HR system/data analytics reporting
  • Excellent customer service orientation; resourceful and proactive in addressing concerns, opportunities, and proactively solving problems.
  • Ability to multitask on projects requiring differing skillsets, while maintaining high standards of work on a tight schedule in a fast-paced environment with contending priorities

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platform
  • Project management expertise and a familiarity working in a global corporation with multiple lines of business and a multi-generational workforce
  • Exhibits high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling extremely sensitive information using considerable tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment

The hourly range for this role is $23.08/hr – $33.07/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
