Can you command organization and balance that with positive people skills? Phase Technologies is looking for a self-motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for its Shipping, Receiving and Sales department. This individual will speak with customers via telephone, provide customer quotes, enter sales orders, maintain ongoing shipping data, spreadsheets and records.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The functions essential to the job include the following.

• Communication with customers
• Entering sales orders
• Communicating with the sales team
• Processing invoices
• Data entry
• Processing shipping orders and service tickets
• Creating and printing labels
• Creating freight documents and scheduling returns
• Daily invoicing and processing checks
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Microsoft Office/computer skills
• Detail-oriented
• Demonstrate good visual-motor coordination with speed and accuracy
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of administrative experience (preferred)
• Ability to lift 10 lbs.
• Ability to sit for 7 – 8 hours per day
