Administrative Assistant
Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking an energetic, career oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team in the Corporate Office.
The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to the Executive Team, assists with basic travel planning, manages front office including equipment, ordering of supplies, walk in guests, answering of phones, distributing mail & coordination of conference room events schedule. Notary Public or willingness to become a Notary Public is preferred.
The Administrative Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects from inception to completion. Must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and manage confidential matters with discretion.
