PGT Innovations is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Summary:
NewSouth Windows is growing and in search of a talented individual to join our team. We are looking for someone with great attitude and a proven work ethic that is second to none. We Manufacture exclusive products, We Install and Guarantee. In-Home sales experience and demonstrated closing ability required. We run in home sales appointments, Monday through Saturday.
What You'll Do:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Deliver a detailed sales presentation
    • Prepare and present a price quote before leaving each appointment.
    • Follow up and respond to all customer questions within 24hrs
    • Be available for customer appointments during evenings and Saturdays, in addition to weekday hours.
    • Attend weekly sales meetings.
    • Maintain showroom standards
    • Maintaining/Stocking Sales Samples, displays, customer accommodations
    • Keeping products up to date, clean and properly displayed
    • Maintain factory rep samples
    • Sales Samples, kits, materials.
    • Coordinating with the Chamber of Commerce to maximize opportunities for the store to attend events.
    • Coordinating with Home Show organizations to optimize opportunities to attend all relevant shows
    • Coordinating Job Site visits for reps who have installations happening between their appointments and letting them know when/where to be.
    • “ReHash” going through previous days appointments, remind reps to result properly and also calling and coordinating with SNS, CANT DO and any non-sales.
Who You Are:
Qualifications
    • To be successful, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
    • High School Diploma
    • An individual’s motor vehicle record must comply with company requirements.
    • Customer Service oriented
    • Ability to create rapport and problem solve.
    • Desire to succeed and have a competitive nature.
    • Previous in home selling experience preferred.
    • Ability to use computers, tablets, and other forms of technology.

    • Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing, and occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing.
    • Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination enabling the use of office machinery.
    • Oral and auditory capacity enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication through automated devices such as the telephone.
    • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
