PFS Group is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Medical Customer Service Representative's. As a Medical CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring their needs are met. We believe in developing relationships with the people behind the bill to provide outstanding customer satisfaction for our healthcare clients and their patients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner
- Handle and resolve patients questions or concerns, regarding their medical accounts with empathy and patience
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of medical terminology or experience working in a medical office is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
