We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused Shuttle Driver to join our team! The Shuttle Driver is responsible for delivering memorable hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable connections and engaging service from the initial greeting to their departure.

In this role you will operate 8 passenger Golf Carts primarily, shuttling guest and employees from parking areas to attractions.

What You'll Do:

• You'll often be the first interaction guests will have with us -- so being warm and welcoming to everyone you encounter.
• Safely transport our guests and employees on golf carts to and from different areas within the resort.
• Be the ultimate navigator, sharing your local knowledge and expertise with our guests. Point out the best attractions, hidden gems, and your favorite local spots.
• Create a lively and vibrant atmosphere setting the mood for a fantastic vacation experience.
• Engage your passengers with charm and wit turning an ordinary ride into a memorable experience.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers by strictly following traffic rules and maintaining the golf carts in top-notch condition.
• Help clean RV sites for check-in/upon departure when needed.
• Assist with checking in arriving customers and showing them to their RV site.
• Daily cleaning(s) of Golf Cart fleet and managing electric charging schedule.
• Be the friendly face of the resort, providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to exceed our guests' expectations.

What You'll Bring:

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (must be 25 years old)
• Excellent communication skills and a gift for making strangers feel like old friends
• Knowledge of local attractions and the ability to curate memorable experiences for our guests
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays (because fun never takes a day off).
