Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a long term sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
- Work closely with sales team / operations to insure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor pricing / margins to assure alignment with company
- Participate in all quarterly service quality reviews.
- Coordinate sales efforts with FTCC.
- Maintain strong customer relations through frequent personal contact.
- Keep management informed through weekly sales report.
- Perform other related duties as required
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years as Sr. Account Manager / City Sales Manager.
- Must be computer proficient.
- Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Proven communication and organizational skills to coordinate, communicate, and implement company and customer goals.
- Travel will be required
- Sensitive to confidential information.
- Must work independently and as a member of team.
- Able to read, speak and write English.
- Strong physical and mental health to maintain demanding workload.
- Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
- Communication - verbal and written communication, communication with personnel and vendors.
- Climbing - able to go up and down stairs.
- Position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week dependent on workload.
- Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
- Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty strives for excellence in all activities employing accompanying communication.
- Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
- Performs day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
- Uses computers and computer systems to set up functions, enter data, or process information.
- Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintaining them over time.
- Dependable, reliable, fulfills responsibilities.
