This position will be on site at our facility located in: Midland, TX.

Position Summary: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their accounts, and coordinating with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives, and work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services to meet clients' evolving needs.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing support and renewal.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients, highlighting key metrics, progress, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop account-specific strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of related experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Working Conditions:

  • Less than 25% travel required.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Moves throughout the building to access files.
  • Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions. 
  • Must be able to complete tasks even with frequent interruptions. 
  • Must be able to use discretion and independent judgment as needed. 
  • Must be able to speak clearly on the phone and to fellow workers.
