Pet Resort Customer Service Receptionist

This position is responsible for maintaining and exceeding Customer expectations by successfully completing these Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

● Provide superior customer service in all situations

● Greeting and interacting with customers by phone, email, and in-person

● Create and manage customer reservations

● Provide facility tours to interested customers

● Maintain accurate files and records

● Handling and walking pets, mostly at check-in / check-out

● General upkeep and cleaning of the facility in line with our high standards

● Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications/Qualifications

● Energetic, caring, and passionate about animals

● Desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task

● Ability to work cohesively with others

● Attention to detail and ability to observe animal behaviors daily

● Able to clean pet accommodations/facilities to maintain our high standards

● Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds

● Ability to stand up to 8 hours

● Operate basic computer software

● Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends and holidays
