Responsibilities:

• Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate people and departments
• Direct guests coming into the dealership
• Make customer satisfaction a priority
• Provide excellent and professional customer service
• Maintain the showroom and lounge
• Light office duties
• Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude throughout the day
• Flexible schedule and able to work nights and weekends
• Microsoft Office Suite experience (Preferred but not required)
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Ford employees
