• Ensures that the telephone is answered properly, performs warm transfers for all calls and messages as appropriate are handled courteously, accurately and in a timely manner

• Greet employees, customers, and any guests upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner

• Purchase and maintain inventory control of office supplies, mailroom supplies, and kitchen/breakroom supplies and snacks

• Take regular inventory of breakroom, supply room and order as appropriate within approved budget and purchasing procedures
• Assist in planning and executing company events, ordering lunches, and other activities as needed
• Basic mailing, filing, scanning and photocopying for Executive officers
• Other duties as required

• Must possess strong administrative and/or customer service background
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and telephone skills

• Demonstrate organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to communicate in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, customers and company contacts
• Handling proprietary and confidential materials
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment along with organization under expected timelines
• Team player who works well with all internal departments
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to perform the above duties with little supervision
• Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus

• High School Degree
• 1-3 years’ experience in office management and/or administrative assistant role
