Our referral and scheduling coordinator must be friendly, professional, outgoing, proactive, and able to deal with stressful situations on the fly. If you are looking for a position that will challenge you each and every day then apply to join our team.
Full Time position: shifts will be some time between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (hours may be flexible)
REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience in the medical field
Job Duties:
- Reviewing incoming referrals and collecting patient demographics and medical records
- Schedule appointments
- Answering patients questions and concerns via telephone, text, and email.
- Maintains HIPAA compliance
- Contributes to team effort of collecting patient information and preparing charts for upcoming appointments
- Other duties as assigned
Scheduling Operator Skills and Qualifications:
Medical terminology, Tele-Communication Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Service Oriented, Organization, Handles Pressure, Team Player, Self-Management.
