Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with at least 7 years of experience and strong Healthcare domain experience. This BA needs to have HealthRules Payor and Payor systems experience such as Facets, QNXT, AMISYS, or Diamond, etc.

Top Desired Skills:

• 7 years in business consulting/product implementation/business analysis.
• 3-7 years' payor system configuration experience (AMISYS, Diamond, Facets, QNXT- example only not limited to these 4 could be more or others)
• MUST have experience with HealthRules Payor
• Experience in a client facing role in software implementation, product support, etc.

Position Summary :

• Participates on the implementation team, in a Business Analyst role, for Payor and/or Care Manager, which includes requirements gathering, definition, and configuration of the system and workflows for our customers as necessary.
• Delivers Professional Services projects through billable business consulting assisting with architectural guidance/design, quality assurance and testing, documentation of artifacts and occasionally assists with training.
• Mentors Associate Business Analyst. Participates in initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gather high-level requirements, or develop Story's, and/or complete discovery artifacts
• Identify product gaps
• Create action item list and issue list assist Architect with WBS and estimates
• Meet with Client business SMEs
• Complete business specification stories including acceptance criteria
• Design and build configurations
• Act as Product Owner liaison
• Unit Testing after each build/iteration; Some form of user acceptance testing and end to end testing; model office
• Prepare Training Materials
• Deliver Training as appropriate
• Work closely to support project members and various project teams
• Become a subject matter expert for HealthRules Product (Payor/Care Manager/HMEM)
• Work closely with stakeholders (i.e. business unit personnel, business experts, other technical staff, vendors, and contractors) to understand and document project business and system requirements
• Responsible for proactively conducting interviews with all stakeholders to elicit detailed functional and system requirements managing the requirements throughout the course of the project
• Responsible for ensuring unique customer needs are properly translated into business terms and communicated across all applicable domains
• Perform all job functions consistent with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII
• Must have very strong communication skills and ability to consult with clients. Very important to have strong customer facing skills.
