Enable the success of our Business Analytics team, including our innovative TelemetryRx platform. We will ask you to complete analyses of opportunities to attract new patients, improve our care model, and analyze the financial success of our business.

Job Duties:

• Support various areas of the business by using data analysis to inform decision makers and management
• Complete opportunity sizing analyses for potential health system partners
• Represent the pulse of the company through daily, weekly and monthly reports and analyses on key company functions
• Problem-solve with team-members using data-driven approach
• Develop, implement and maintain financial and operational forecasting models; track performance and communicate discrepancies to the team
• Guide other teams by researching, analyzing and interpreting data
• Apply observations and recommendations to increase productivity
• Protect organization by keeping information confidential
• Expand knowledge of Shields and specialty pharmacy by participating in the educational opportunities we offer and reading professional publications
• Other projects as divvied up by the team

Experience/ Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, business, or similar discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or business-related role preferred
• An analytical mind with general understanding of business and financial analysis
• Creative problem solving / outside-the-box thinking
• Good judgement; you will be asked to make decisions without constant oversight
• Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel modeling and data analysis
• Basic SQL or other coding language preferred
• Energy and attention to detail; this is a fast-moving environment and getting the small things right is critical for success
