Job Details for the REMOTE Sales Agent :
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8-Hour Shifts (Start times between 7 : 30 AM EST - 10 AM EST, multiple shifts available)
Pay Rate : $40,000-45,000
- Full-time Direct Hire, Permanent, 40 hours a week!
- Bi-weekly pay with equipment provided!
- Remote - Work from Home!
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k package!
The Ideal Candidate for a REMOTE Sales Agent :
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
People-first" attitude with a passion for making a positive impact.
Job Responsibilities for a REMOTE Sales Agent :
- Resolve billing concerns, facilitate policy change requests, and assist families in navigating benefit applications.
- Assist customers in securing comprehensive coverage by offering additional products tailored to their needs, ensuring their family's protection.
Job Requirements for a REMOTE Sales Agent :
- High school / GED
- MUST feel confident in meeting sales metrics daily, weekly, monthly.
- MUST BE A FLORIDA RESIDENT
- MUST be able to fully complete a 1-week online study class- BEFORE STARTING THE JOB
- This position is currently open only for agents who are not yet licensed. Agents who hold a Health & Life license will not be considered at this time. *
