Administrative Assistant -Nutrition

PeninsulaAgency on Aging (PAA) is currently seeking an individual to serve as theAdministrative Assistant to perform supportive work assisting the Nutrition Departmentproviding nutrition services for those 60 years and older.

Key Responsibilities

As a NutritionAdministrative Assistant, you play an essential supporting role in the supportand recreation of providing services to older adults who attend dining centersor receive home delivered meals. In thisposition you will collect daily nutrition records, tabulate and compile data, performclient reassessments, and provide technical support and assistance to nutritiondepartment staff.

EssentialSkills and Experience

We are looking for applicants with any combination ofeducation and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft Officeand web-based data entry and possess a valid Virginia Driver’s License.

Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
