We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Tech Support Specialist specializing in water chillers and glycol chillers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting chiller-related issues, providing guidance on product usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and conflict resolution. While HVAC or refrigeration experience is a plus, it is not required. On-site training will be available.
