We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as an Entry-Level Tech Support Specialist specializing in water chillers and glycol chillers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting chiller-related issues, providing guidance on product usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and conflict resolution. While HVAC or refrigeration experience is a plus, it is not required. On-site training will be available. 
Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries related to water chillers and glycol chillers.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues regarding water chiller and glycol chiller malfunctions or customer setups.

• Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the ticketing system.

• Assist customers in understanding chiller operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

• Experience with customer service or technical support.
