Aqua-Chem is Hiring an IT Support Specialist Near Knoxville, TN
- Primary IT help desk contact answering requests as needed.
- Provide technical support to computer users, escalating issues when needed to IT Manager and/or IT Director
- Help provide technical guidance or support for troubleshooting of systems.
- Assist with hardware issues such as monitors, printers, etc.
- Perform server maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
- Assist with user administrator support
- Perform ongoing hardware and software maintenance operations, including installing or upgrading hardware or software.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comp TIA A or other industry certifications preferred
- Working knowledge o Microsoft products including Windows an Office, preferably Office 365
- Minimum of one (1) year of help desk experience
- Experience with IT ticketing system(s)
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Able to work overtime as required
