Responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating day-to-day operations of the mechanical circulatory support program in the critical care setting in accordance with policy and procedures with primary focus on ECMO Services. Works in collaboration with multi- disciplinary team to assist with on-going clinical education and competencies of the ECMO team. Works with the ECMO leadership team to complete the ELSO registry requirements and identify opportunities to improve quality of care and services. Manages equipment, supplies, and charges to assist with maintaining fiscal accountability.

Position Qualification:

Licensed as an RN or RRT in the state of Tennessee (or valid compact license).

Experience as an ECMO Specialist, ideally at least 2 years.
