POSITION SUMMARY:

PYA Waltman Capital, LLC is seeking a qualified Client Support Specialist candidate to join our growing team. The Client Support Specialist actively participates in the continuous improvement of the firm’s standardized processes, collaborates with teams throughout the firm, and ensures timely and accurate execution of requests. The ideal candidate enjoys analyzing problems to find solutions and providing outstanding customer service both internally and externally.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for establishing and implementing new accounts, managing client and custodian paperwork, and generating client portfolio reports
• Processes wire transfers, account deposits and withdrawals, and monitors the transfers of assets
• Maintains systems such as the firm’s CRM, custodian websites, portfolio management program, document management systems and other relevant technological resources
• Provides support to clients and planning team, to include gathering and organizing data, assisting with preparation for client meetings, and managing action items.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of administrative experience, preferably with a professional services firm or in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, especially in Excel and Word
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks
• Team player, collaborative, takes initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Committed to providing excellent client service; possesses a passion to help new and existing clients

POSITION TYPE

Full-time: office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Overtime may be required periodically depending upon workload and projects.
