SUMMARY
The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for the entire operation of the Front Desk during their shift and will assist in operations, training, and guest services.
The Supervisor is responsible for enforcing management's overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the front office department.
Directly supervises all front desk agents.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
