Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and their guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet residents & their guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- sign guests in efficiently and accurately, while being observing Association Rules & Regulations
- Provide information about property amenities
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure resident satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality
-systems (e.g., property management software)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
