Peerlogic is Hiring a Senior Account Executive Near Scottsdale, AZ

Scottsdale, Arizona, United States (Relocation Available).

OTE $175,000 - $225,000

As a full sales cycle Account Executive at Peerlogic, you will take charge of the entire sales process from the initial lead engagement through to the successful close within our key markets. This role demands a proactive approach to managing leads, extracting maximum value, and continuously developing the sales pipeline through effective prospecting and referral generation from existing clients.

Work Schedule:

  • In-office Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM during the initial ramp-up period.
  • Hybrid flexibility post-ramp: In-office Monday to Wednesday, 8 AM - 5 PM; Thursday and Friday offer the flexibility to work from home.

Reports to: VP of Sales

What You Will Own:

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from initiating contact with assigned leads to closing deals.
  • Generating new business and nurturing existing relationships within your pipeline.
  • Making 60 daily cold calls to potential leads.
  • Negotiating deals and maintaining meticulous records of sales and data.
  • Expanding sales opportunities by seeking referrals and prospecting within signed customers' networks for upsell potential.
  • Utilizing Salesforce for comprehensive record-keeping and reporting.
  • Developing strategies to effectively sell and promote all Peerlogic products and services.
  • Regularly participating in company and department meetings to report on progress, identify challenges, and collaborate on solutions.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job:

  • Prior experience in sales, particularly within SMBs or environments with quick sales cycles.
  • Experience with outbound cold calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new markets and secure new business.
  • Consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong adherence to sales processes and organizational standards.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
