Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized Office Assistant. You would have full responsibility of the front desk duties, billing and even some marketing. Part of this entails creating and documenting procedures in the office to increase efficiency and communication. Billing experience is a plus, but not required. This position would also ask for assistance with some patient therapies. Once this part of the job is mastered the ideal candidate will introduce internal and external marketing campaigns to grow the office. An ideal candidate is detail oriented with outstanding administrative experience, familiarity with computer-based programs, and exhibits superior customer service. We encourage a passion for natural healing.

Hours: Part-time, approximately 24 hours/wk. Tue/Thur/Fri full days, half days available MW and some Saturdays

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Your responsibilities include:

-Receptionist duties such as answering calls, greeting patients, scheduling appointments

-Providing information on chiropractic, massage and all other services offered

-Completing and maintaining reports for the office, administrative duties

-Billing and documenting, understanding insurance and coding procedures

-Marketing Events, internal marketing

-Assist as needed with Patient therapies

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
