**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and perform various clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
**Duties:**
- Assist in order entry and processing
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning
- Take inbound calls and emails and place outbound calls and emails to coordinate appointments and meetings, and meet and greet clients and office visitors.
- Set and manage appointment calendars
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Support office management with various tasks
**Skills:**
- Experience in investment and investment advisory services and tasks is a plus
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Working knowledge of industry software programs for CRM, e-signatures, risk assessment and financial planning tools strongly desired
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of general clerical duties
- Previous experience in a similar position is beneficial
- Ability to work independently with good problem solving and time management skills required
