About the Role:
The Operations Manager will assist in driving process improvement activities on the production floor focused on improving operational processes as well as reducing costs through innovative methodologies and established manufacturing principles such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Single piece flow, etc. The Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing effective warehouse policies and procedures to ensure all departments operate at peak efficiency. You are an experienced Operations Manager who can roll up their sleeves to constantly improve our output.
