About the Role:

The Internal NetSuite Functional Consultant will help develop a range of solutions touching NetSuite's key financial and operational processes, so that PCS’s various business functions will be able to improve the efficiency of their NetSuite usage, the effectiveness of NetSuite-related process, and the reliability of their data. 

What You Will Do:

• Working closely with the Head of Enterprise Solutions, collaborate with business function owners and commercial program owners, account owners, and other leaders within PCS to address business needs that can be improved through more effective solutions within NetSuite. These solutions may be financial, operational, or commercial in nature, and may require configuration changes, modules additions, third-party integrations, or new development within the system. 
• Work with the IT and other business groups to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into infrastructure if needed. 
• Work alongside the business and technology teams to recommend and design process improvements with systematic implications or solutions.
• Oversee the implementation or development lifecycle for creating and implementing NetSuite-oriented business solutions or improvements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and business outcomes.
• Train end users on how to effectively use NetSuite features and applications.
• Be able to understand, articulate and document needed customizations, reports and capabilities.
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, collaborating across technical and business teams to manger outcomes.

Who You Are:

• • Have 3 years of functional experience with NetSuite applications/services. 
  • Have prior work experience in a consulting, system implementation or managed services company dedicated to delivering NetSuite implementations is preferred.
  • Are team players able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm.
  • Have strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and customer relationship management skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of business and information technology processes.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
