Coastal Waste & Recycling is privately-owned, locally-operated solid waste disposal and recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity. We are currently adding an Operations Manager to help support this growth.

Responsibilities

Our Operations Managers are responsible for working with supervisors to allocate resources (people and equipment) to meet customer needs, reviewing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring that employees are meeting safety and compliance standards, and partnering with the District Manager to create and monitor budget and P&L results.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience as an operations supervisor or route supervisor, to include hiring, training and coaching employees, route management, and resource allocation. This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking for career growth.
