Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Phoenix is Hiring a Project Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Description

Project Manager:

Project Managers work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As a Project Manager, you will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively. This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to oversee your projects and make sure it is completed properly. Work directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, project coordinators, sub-contractors, technicians and many others during each project.

Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Phoenix is part of a national franchise organization that provides services to repair and clean up damage to residential, institutional, and commercial structures from a fire, water, storm, mold, or other disasters. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 300 independently owned and operated franchises. The Paul Davis heritage is based around a can-do attitude, innovation, and outstanding customer service. Our vision is “To provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need”.

The Position:

  • Meet operational objectives of Sales, Gross Margin, Brand Experience
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting
  • Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Build partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman
  • Work in indoor and outdoor conditions

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Construction Experience
  • Ability to lead and develop team
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized and demand for detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent customer service
  • Team player
  • On-Call Rotation

The Location:

Phoenix, AZ

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $50,000 to $100,000 depending on experience bonuses
  • Paid Vacation
  • Holiday pay
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental, Disability Insurance (Medical partial pay by employer)
