We are the exclusive search team looking for a Project Manager based in Phoenix, Arizona. Will work for a full-service architecture and engineering firm, with licensed architects in all 50 states. They’re responsible and accountable for successfully managing multiple projects and scope of work as part of national brand rollout programs for new builds, remodels, and reimaging programs.
Qualifications:
-Ability to determine project scope of work and objectives based on schedule.
-Experience outlining and drafting project proposals with scope of work and fees involved.
-Creation of project schedules, milestones and deliverables for specific task or project.
-Work properly with all involved during the design process and maintain design intent.
-Oversee the entitlement and permit submittal as well as the approval process.
-Review and direct construction documents, process and provide direction and red lines so staff members can review and complete
Requirements:
-Architecture degree
-Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
-Has managed a team of at least 3 people
-Ability to work 9 by 9 days and off every other Friday
-Travel as needed
