Responsibilities
- Monitor, direct, and supervise all aspects of the remodeling project
- Verify accuracy and completeness of work performed on project job sites
- Ensuring all installers, helpers, and subcontractors operate efficiently to complete the tasks on all assigned remodeling projects
- Providing highest level of customer service to customers regarding their project
- Prepare work orders
Qualifications
- 2 years experience as a project coordinator, assistant project manager, superintendent
- Knowledge of construction practices
- High standard of integrity and professionalism
- Must be customer service driven
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance
What we offer
- Annual base salary of $75,000 - $85,000 performance-based bonus
- The average annual bonus ranges from $10,000 to $25,000
