We are seeking a Project Manager that is detail oriented as well as a strategic thinker with skills to be point of contact for the organization. The Project Manager will work closely with all levels of management and project team members to establish project needs, deadlines, metrics for success, and budgets.

This role will report directly to the Senior VP Operations at our Phoenix headquarters.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Collaborating with all departments to create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

· Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.

· Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

· Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.

· Communicating with key stakeholders to keep the project aligned and within scope of the goals.

· Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.

· Identifying potential obstacles and lead the problem-solving process to avoid adjustments to the schedules and delays in deliverables.

· Lead a successful team through appropriate methods and flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team thereby facilitating the completion of team goals.

· Resolve any conflicts among team members that affect successful program outcomes.

· Complete other tasks as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent field of study

· Minimum 5 years of recent project management experience.

· Minimum of 3 years recent experience in manufacturing or operations

· Demonstrated critical thinking and big picture perspective to resolve challenges.

· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to effectively lead teams.

· Self-motivated, well organized, attention to detail and ability to multi-task

· Demonstrate high sense of urgency in fulfilling responsibilities.

· Possess good judgement and ability to make timely and sound decisions.

· May need to travel out of state to MyLand locations.

· In depth knowledge with project management methodology and NetSuite

· Must have a valid Driver License and five-year clean driving record.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office software products (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Able to display verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of position.
