Project Coordinator:

Come work as a project coordinator with a growing company. Project coordinators are in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This position involves new job intake, monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

The Position:

• Work directly with the project manager
• Coordinate all administrative functions of the job
• Invoice & collect
• Work Orders
• Communication & scheduling
• Manage proper job flow
• New job intake
• On-call Rotation

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge file management and other administrative procedures.
• Work on tight deadlines
• Extremely organized and ability to multi-task
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Extremely organized and demand for detail
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent customer service
• Team player

The Location:

Phoenix, AZ

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18 — $25 depending on the level of experience
